Bobby Locke is a London-based British composer and pianist whose music blends minimalist and cinematic influences, drawing inspiration from Max Richter and Philip Glass. His work centres on simplicity and balance, with the piano as the foundation of his storytelling.

A BAFTA Connect member, Bobby scored his first feature film Baby Brother (dir. Michael J. Long) in 2023. His work also includes numerous short films screened at international festivals such as the BFI Future Film Festival and the British Urban Film Festival.

Bobby is currently an associate artist with the Lazarus Theatre Company, composing music for productions including The Caucasian Chalk Circle and a musical adaptation of The Beggar’s Opera.

His music has been featured on BBC Radio, at the BFI, and in theatres including Southwark Playhouse and Greenwich Theatre.
